The Beauty Academy Brisbane - Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy WRB40105

This course covers all aspects of beauty therapy.  On completion of a module, you are fully qualified in each aspect and have the potential to start a part time beauty therapy position or to work from home as you continue to study.

If partial completion is achieved by a student, a Statement of Attainment (achievement) is issued.

Career Pathways

Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy students will have a range of future employment prospects. You may choose to work as beauty therapists, salon owners, run a home based business or become a consultant in a shopping centre.

Getting Started In The Certificate IV Programme

We advise all students to visit the Academy and meet with the Principal.  Enrolment requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your place, and then the balance to be paid in full prior to course commencement.  We do offer payment plans which we are happy to discuss.

Entry Requirements

  • You must have a sound education
  • A good level of English is required. You must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently.

Course Details

  • This course is offered over 6 months (25 weeks)
  • College days commence at 9.30am and conclude at 4.30pm on each day
  • You are required to attend college 3 days per week
  • As a part time course you are required to attend college 1 day per week for 6 months
  • This course is also offered as correspondence

A Statement of attainment from the WRB40105 Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy will be issued for all units of competency that are completed if the full qualification is not completed.
